[8.300]empty Scheduled reports

Hi All

I have created 4 reports which I get every week. However, the reports I am getting are empty. Checking my ASG and running the report (Web Usage Report>Available reports) I am able to see the correct data (pic 1)

The email I am getting though has no stats (pic2)

Also the name of the "Department" has the REF object an not the actual name
