[8.300]empty Scheduled reports

Hi All

I have created 4 reports which I get every week. However, the reports I am getting are empty. Checking my ASG and running the report (Web Usage Report>Available reports) I am able to see the correct data (pic 1)

The email I am getting though has no stats (pic2)

Also the name of the "Department" has the REF object an not the actual name

Maybe this is related to https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/53/t/33522

I will try to resolve the issue with the dashboard/logging and try again

Logging has been resolved but I am still getting empty reports. The relevant scheduled reports have data when I manually check on my ASG

is it fixxed? Have the same issue here [:(] ... Reports are generated but only from 0.00 - 0.45 am [;)] so it seems to be an empty report. ... Ideas?

That sounds like a different problem. Are you using 8.300? The 0:00-0:45 am issue should be fixed there.

I think I've managed to reproduce your problem now..took some time.
It's possible that the scheduled reports are still broken when you are using departments. I'll look into that further.

I can also reproduce this problem. Empty daily scheduled reports using departments. Version 8.30.
