additional address

additional address, i can specify a different subnet, and they will not have not any relation to each other, but simply pass through the same physical interface?
for example:
192.168.1.10 and 192.168.100.12?

  • I see.  Remember that WebAdmin automatically creates routes for the primary networks connected to the Astaro.  If you add an Additional Address outside the subnet of the primary IP, you will need to create your own routing.

I usually only put additional addresses on an interface for use in a NAT rule, but I'd be interested to hear others' creative ideas.
