Notifications not working

For a while, notification is not working anymore.
The problem i don't have any useful information in the SMTP logs.
Could we have a command in the Astaro web interface allowing to make some tests smtp connections ?

Actually i use (without success) smtp.googlemail.com on port 465 and using TLS. Fot the authentification, i use my usual email account. I don't find the reason for non delivery of daily reports and automatics firmware backup.

Anyone has an idea ?

  • If you aren't using Mail Security, you can specify a Smart Host for notifications on the 'Advanced' tab of 'Management >> Notifications'.

    Ict that will solve your issue.  If not, please post the relevant lines from your SMTP log.
