Not getting Executive Reports

Hello all,

First post for me.  I've managed to get my home setup up and running.  Built my own machine and loaded the free home software and it is performing well.  I am very pleased.  I have a problem though.  I am not getting the Daily/Weekly Executive Reports.  In the Mail Manager under the SMTP Log tab, it show the reports are Bounced.  I know I don't have something set up properly because they are not coming to my email address.  Can somebody tell me step by step what to do?  I'm a little confused as to why its not working.  I'm not sure what all you need to know, but ask away and I'll do my best to tell you.  Sorry about being so ignorant to all this, but this is all new to me.

    Hi, 
    Under Notifications - Advanced, you should specify a External SMTP server... normally this would be your ISP's SMTP server for outgoing mail.

    I tried this and it doesn't seem to work.  How do you release the bounced reports or maybe you can't?  Anything else I could check/try?

    It is working now.  I got the executive report just after midnight.  The ones that are in the mail manager as bounced, I can't figure how to release them.  I really don't need them, but was wondering how to do it.  I have some other questions, but I will ask them in the appropriate area.

    One problem down, two to go.
