User Portal not working

I have tried to connect to the user portal on my astaro on 2 different computer with 2 different browsers and all I get is blank white page with user portal at the top of the browser. 
I checked to make sure that I am on the right url and according to the webadmin login settings I am on it. 

I am running on a ASG120 with 7.500 software installed. Any help would be appreciated.

    Up2Date to 7.501 and also clear the browser cache on the client computer.

    I think that worked for me.  There seem to be a few instances of the 7.5 Astaro pages not loading some things after an update from 7.406; that's cured by clearing the cache, and the problems don't reoccur.

    I updated the firmware and it still gives the same problem. attached is a picture on what it looks like.
