[6.3xx] Not receiving notifications

I got two Astaro 6.3xx boxes (software) which I don't get the notifications/backups/reports from. Strange thing is that it works fine for the last 6.3 box I have. Same receiver-email and same ISP for three.

Where do I go about to find out why it's not working for two of them?

    Ok. But the IP for my Astaro 6 boxes in question is not the one I'm behind now when posting here.. Thats actually a DLINK DIR-655 at home. I'm looking into getting a atom box to run ASG 7.5, since I now have more than 10 devices [:)]. Anyway, enought off tipic...

    Of the three Astaro 6 boxes I have, two of them are connected on different sites to the same ISP (TDC.no) and the last one is a second ISP (Ventelo.no). The one that sends mail is one of the TDC connected boxes. This is what I find strange. It works on one box and not the other. And if I recall correct it doesn't use smart host (shouldn't have to as  the ASG can look up MX records itself i believe).

    I guess I should think about filing a support case..
