[6.3xx] Not receiving notifications

I got two Astaro 6.3xx boxes (software) which I don't get the notifications/backups/reports from. Strange thing is that it works fine for the last 6.3 box I have. Same receiver-email and same ISP for three.

Where do I go about to find out why it's not working for two of them?

    As a Moderator, I can see the sending IP for each message.  That helps to confirm when a post appears to be spam and the poster a spammer.  I erase about 10 of those a week and ban two to five posters and their IPs a week.  There are several of us who do that, and that's why you don't have to wade through **** ads, used cell phone ads, etc. here.

    PS Bruce, I think the present status of V6 in the Americas is that no further Up2Dates will be released, but that, for the time being, those with maintenance still can get support for it.  Joffer is in Europe, so he may have a different situation than we do.
