[6.3xx] Not receiving notifications

I got two Astaro 6.3xx boxes (software) which I don't get the notifications/backups/reports from. Strange thing is that it works fine for the last 6.3 box I have. Same receiver-email and same ISP for three.

Where do I go about to find out why it's not working for two of them?

    Joffer, your IP is listed as suspicious by projecthoneypot.org and on several RBLs, so maybe you had an infection at some time and just need to get your IP cleared.
