[6.3xx] Not receiving notifications

I got two Astaro 6.3xx boxes (software) which I don't get the notifications/backups/reports from. Strange thing is that it works fine for the last 6.3 box I have. Same receiver-email and same ISP for three.

Where do I go about to find out why it's not working for two of them?

Hi, you may need to set a SMTP smart host in the SMTP settings. Set it to the ISP smtp gateway.

Could it be that easy, that I just did not see that? Then I'm almost going to be angry at myself. Thanks. I will look into it when I get to work tomorrow.
