E-mail notifications - bounced

Hi,

I set local (@ourdomain.com.pa) and external(@gmail.com , @hotmail.com) emails in notifications>global tab. Only external emails can receive those notifications from Astaro ASG 320.

The sender address is an e-mail of our domain. Also I checked the Mail Security Mail Manager and I see a bounced status on my local address. External Address had delivered status.

Any advice please....

    Did you set up a forwarder for "ourdomain.com.pa" pointing to your internal DNS? (DNS->Request Routing)

    I just did and nothing....notifications can´t reached my local addresses.

    Please check if your WAN IP from ISP is blacklisted.
    I have the same problem.
    Notifications Emails from Astaro are Bounced from Astaro. [;)]
    I see in "Mail Manager">"SMTP Log" alle Notifications EMails from Astaro are bounced because: 
    ---------------------------------
    blacklisted at pbl.spamhaus.org
    ---------------------------------

    A few minutes ago, I reported in another post that pbl.spamhaus.org seems to be providing spotty service over the last ten days.   That causes false positives.  I've unchecked 'Use recommended RBLs' and have manually entered zen.spamhaus.org and cbl.abuseat.org.

    Does anyone have any other suggestions?

    How I can modified RBL-Database if I use only POP3-Proxy?

    If you're only using the POP3 proxy, I don't think that you will see anything in the mail manager SMTP log.

    I have only activated POP3-Proxy.
    I don't know why I see in SMTP-Log the Notification-Emails that are send from Astaro.

    Oops! - The Astaro does use SMTP for notifications - I read past that in your earlier post.

    What are the lines from the SMTP log at the time of one of the bounces?

    You can delete the entry in Spamhouse without a problem, for me it works. Now the emails aren't "Bounced" anymore.
    Anyway, a option to configure Antispam in POP3-Proxy like SMTP-Proxy would be great. Unfortunately this don't work.
    Or a option for changing the MAC address in Astaro and forcing DHCP release will solving the "Bounce" problem also. I hope maybe this feature will implement in future.
