Reset statistics back to daily

A few weeks ago, someone turned on the Weekly Executive Report which changed the statistics in  the Executive Report to be cummulative rather than show the daily statistics, such as Network Usage and Connections handled. This cummlative information is not helpful to us and we turned off the weekly report generation. We thought that the next week the statistics would go back to reporting daily, but that did not happen. The statistics are still cummlative. How can we reset the statistics back to daily? We haven't been able to find a way to do this.

  • Once the weekly reports were turned on the daily report statistics became cummulative, which doesn't appear to be the behavior you are seeing.

    I was not the person who turned the weekly reports on or back off again so I can't be certain that they clicked on [Apply], but all the check marks and the email address are gone from the boxes in the weekly reports so that would seem to indicate that the settings were applied.
