URGENT - Need help to recover service

Sorry for the abrupt introduction, but we have a problem and only have GOLD support so no calls over the weekend.

Due to a RAID disk corruption we managed to reboot our Astaro without the 4 port ethernet card installed which runs our DMZ on 172.168.1.50. As a result the system has reconfigured the webadmin interface to run on this IP instead of the normal 10.0.1.250:4444. This interface address is disabled from webadmin for security reasons.

I urgently need to get at the system as the last backup file was corrupted and we have some changes in the config I need to retain. 

I can login via the root password and get at the 'cc' etc, but need to know what commands, if any are available, I can use to get its primary IP back to the 10.0.1.250:4444 address so I can do some backups and reconfig.

Can anyone help?  [:S]

    As root, list the interfaces to find out which one has the IP you want to change:

    ifconfig -a



    replace "ethx" with "eth4" or whatever in the following:

    ifconfig ethx 10.0.1.250 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 10.0.1.255



    If that's not the right thing to do, a reboot will bring you back to where you are now.

    If you do find that you have a good backup, and you're running version 7, put the (unencrypted) backup on a USB flash drive, plug it into Astaro, and reboot.

    Thanks for your help both of you.

    We did manage to find a backup and restored. The underlying problem was a faulty RAID controller and not disks so we rebuilt from scratch and used the restore on boot option to get going. If only the new install had not configured the 6 ethernet ports differently we would have been finished in 1 hour and not 3 when we worked out the internal port was in fact connected to our DMZ!
