Reporting broken after change of lan ip/subnet

I have changed my ip subnet for the lan side and ever since I have done that ASL 6.303 is no longer able to report network activity.
Not only that but SNMP monitoring has also stopped functioning because I can't connect with PRTG to ASL anymore.
I changed the ip address back to the original subnet but didn't make any difference.
I can't understand why an ip address/subnet change would have such consequences.
Any help would be apreciated and thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to resolve this.

Reporting now working but external SNMP monitoring still not working.

It apears that only traffic flow monitoring is not working using SNMP, memory and cpu utilisation can be monitored just fine

Problem fixed, backup config (post lan ip subnet change), reinstall ASL and restore config.
SNMP network interface monitoring now working fine.
