Wildcards in Web Surf Filter

I'm having a little bit of frustration with the web surf filter.  For some unexplained reason, Cobion has decided to mark some websites as "pornographic" when they really aren't -- for example, www.verizon.com.  If I whitelist www.verizon.com, it still won't work because it's a redirect to a bank of web servers (e.g. www22.verizon.com).  What I need to be able to tell the filter is that ANYTHING ending in "verizon.com" is acceptable.  Is there any way to do that?

  • The miscategorization of Verizon appears to have been fixed -- I suppose a lot of people were reporting that one.  However, I am unable to locate the white list/black list tutorial you mentioned.  There is one sentence about making an entry, but it says to just enter in the URL including the periods (e.g. "www.verizon.com").  I've confirmed that syntax works, but it's sometimes not good enough.  Where is that tutorial?
