User Authorisation HTTP access

HTTP PROXY USER AUTHORISATION
-----------------------------------------------------    
I  have enable User Authorisation on HTTP Proxy .
Create a User web Password gary.
(select allowed featiure HTTP)

Started a HTTP session .  Up pops   request for Usermane and Password  on the PC
Enter the user and password .  
HTTP session failed  .

Can find any information on the firewall on the failure.

       I tried a definition with IP ADDRESS

      Remote access (PPTP):  Address:  192.168.2.254  
      
      Allowed features:   HTTP

         SOCKS
