external relay using the incoming mail feature produces an open relay for that domain

Hi,

using the incoming mail feature of the SMTP proxy to relay a mail domain to an external host produces an open relay for this domain -> someone from the outside can send mail to this domain using the SMTP Proxy.

Is there another way to define an external relay so that it can be used only for outgoing mail?

    It isn't a open relay, as you mentioned it relays
    for  this domain   [;)]

    ok, but nevertheless: is it possible to teach ASL to relay only for connections coming from inside?

    The problem arises with the German t-online as provider: the mx-Records for t-online.de point to servers that cannot be reached from within the t-online network. So I have to relay Mails for t-online to an external server, but I only want to relay mails originating from the LAN.
