external relay using the incoming mail feature produces an open relay for that domain

Hi,

using the incoming mail feature of the SMTP proxy to relay a mail domain to an external host produces an open relay for this domain -> someone from the outside can send mail to this domain using the SMTP Proxy.

Is there another way to define an external relay so that it can be used only for outgoing mail?
