Radius Authentication for HTTP proxy

I've followed the instructions for setting up Radius authentication for my http proxy, but it still does not seem to work.

When I disable authentication, http proxies just fine.  When I enable, it hangs and I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message, although I see that DNS resolves the server.

I have no rules enabled in the packetfilter, as I'm using the squid proxy.

I have IAS set up and configured on Win2000.  User has the dial in permission, and I set up the http policy.

My main concern is that I cannot diagnose the source of the problem.  I don't know where the logging is taking place for this procedure.  Is there a log to look for in Astaro when I ssh into it?

It appears that it never makes any request to my Win2000 radius server.  How can I be sure of this?
