Configuring incomping email spam filter

Currently, I have about 10 domains. Since my ISP is blocking port 25, I have a service that receives my mail, and sends it to me on port 2525. I would like to configure Sophos to intercept incoming mail on port 2525, scan for spam/virus, and send it along to my internal mail server (hmailserver). Is this possible? Can I change the SMTP ports?

    I checked, and realized I already have that DNAT rule. Is there a way to verify that the UTM is processing mail? I checked the statistics, but they were all zero. I have no experience with the UTM handling mail, other than the DNAT rule.

    Sending mail is done normally by the server. I know there's a risk my mail might get marked as spam by someone, but I've run it over 10 years without a known problem.
