ASG V7.302 rbl blocks all mail, including the good ones

Hi, 
we have a problem with the asg v7.302. The license on this box has been expired for more than a year now. there was a antispam license on it. since about a week now the asg is blocking a lot of mails wich are not spam. 

it seems because there is no license on it the rbl settings cannot be removed. 
is there any kind of way to disable the rbl check.
you suspect that when there is no license it wil not check it. but this one does.

i have added an prtscrn of the mail manager --> smtp log. 

who can help me with this problem

  • You urgently need to contact your reseller.  They can help you or so can Sophos support.  William is right that you need to relicense, but you need advise from your reseller about what you need to purchase.  Your biggest problem is that you no longer can purchase Classic licenses.
