Mail Relay Problems

I have my SMTP Proxy set up on my ASG and I can send eMails. However, I am not receiving any eMails to my Zimbra server. I can see in the eMail Security Statistics that the ASG is properly receiving them though. Do I need to set up something else along with the proxy to have the eMail traffic properly routed to the server?

I want to verify all my info and assure that I have everything set up properly on the ASG before I jump over to the Zimbra forums.

  • Do you have Greylisting enabled?  Take a look into your SMTP logfile to see what happened.  In Mail Manager, on the SMTP Log tab, you can see the disposition for each email handled by the proxy.
