retrievein IMAP accounts from external provider

Hi folks,

i´ve an ASG 7.511 working as a Mailgate for several domains.
Now i want retrieving IMAP acconts for a domain, which hosts at an external provider.

I think there is no way, to configure the Astaro for retrieving the mails instead of the clients.

Any Ideas, how to configure the Astaro, that i´ll be able to connect from the internal clients or internal mailserver to the external mailboxes?

    Bump. I am interested in this as well. I am currently not using my email protection due to only POP3 being offered. GoDaddy hosts our email and we are connecting to their servers using IMAP. Is there a reason why I should dump IMAP and use POP3? I am in the process of restructuring, including adding an email encryption device for HIPAA, and I am open to suggestions. I know...a very very open ended question.

    Guys, your best bet is to head over to Astaro Security Gateway Feature Requests: Hot (974 ideas)  and vote for IMAP support on the UTM... this is currently not part of the product.

    If you type in IMAP in the search box on the site, there's a request for this that has over 500 votes for it already, I'd chip in some more.
