Need help regarding quarantined mails

Hello Guys,

I need help regarding Quarantined mails. We have configured mail security and the mails that falls under quarantine settings ( be is Sender address or subject/contents) are quarantined and users get the report that following mail was blocked. Then there are 2 options- Release and Whitelist. Here comes the issue.

 When users try to release the mail the internet page opens up but the url is of Webmail of our company. Now here the Firewall url should come correct? As the mail has not even reached to the Exchange server, Astaro has blocked it so if it opens Exchange webmail url, the page can not be displayed error comes.

 So all i want to know is how can we change the configuration in ASG that instead of Webmail when user clicks on release it opens up astaro url so the mail can be opened. 
 
Let me know if my explaination was confusing or need any more information from my side.

     Update on my post. I just checked and found this:
    When you go to Mail Security>Quarantine Report> Advanced> Hostname: 
    The hostname defined here is not sent in the Email hyperlink to release. Instead possibly the SMTP server is mentioned in the hyperlink hence users are not able to release their blocked mail from the firewall. So please help me why is this happening? Is it a bug or my configuration problem?
