Delay to delivery

Hi everybody,

I manage a ASG 625 working as mta (just mail security). And I have problems in SMTP spool, many times when it’s full take a long to delivery. CPU works at average 8%, RAM 15% of 7.8GB, there unlimited bandwidth available to use. In configuration I’m using SMTP profiles with 2 domains.

The problem is: it take so long to delivery, sometimes the first try to delivery is about 2hours after the e-mail arrive at ASG[:@].

Can you help me?

This is not a problem that is famialiar here. I suggest you have your reseller submit a support resquest to Astaro.

PS I assume you are speaking of the 'SMTP' log in 'Logging', not the 'SMTP Log' tab in Mail Manager. If the latter, please check for delivery attempts in the 'SMTP' log in the 'Logging' section.
