All Notifications Stopped after Mail Security was Enabled

As soon as I enabled the Mail Security and put all of the info in under Simple Mode.  All Notifications from the Astaro have stopped.  I enabled Quarantine Reports and the users don't even get those.  Incoming E-mail is filtered correctly and sent to the Exchange Server.  Outgoing E-mail from the Exchange Server is working.  However the Astaro isn't sending out any reports, notifications or any.

Is there something else that needs to be enabled?  Is the Astaro trying to Relay through the Exchange Server?

    The Notification and Executive Issue was simply being caught in an outside spam filter.  Not sure why the mail security triggered it to be caught but it is now corrected.

    The Quarantine Reports still don't work.  I've got the BackEnd Sync from Active Directory daily.  I've also got the Authentication Global check to "Create users automatically".  I've checked the Backend Sync Log and everything is successful.  I've verified that the users account have the correct E-mail Addresses synced from Active Directory.  I've read and reread the Astaro Help Files and everything looks correct.  However I still can't get a Quarantine Report to the Users.
