All Notifications Stopped after Mail Security was Enabled

As soon as I enabled the Mail Security and put all of the info in under Simple Mode.  All Notifications from the Astaro have stopped.  I enabled Quarantine Reports and the users don't even get those.  Incoming E-mail is filtered correctly and sent to the Exchange Server.  Outgoing E-mail from the Exchange Server is working.  However the Astaro isn't sending out any reports, notifications or any.

Is there something else that needs to be enabled?  Is the Astaro trying to Relay through the Exchange Server?

    Please report what you found so that those who read this can be helped.

    I guess that you have local users with the same names as the AD names, that you don't have email addresses in the local user definitions and that the users are not being synced from AD because of the name conflict.  If you have prefetch enabled, you can open the prefetch log and start a prefetch to see if all of the users are indeed being synced.
