All Notifications Stopped after Mail Security was Enabled

As soon as I enabled the Mail Security and put all of the info in under Simple Mode.  All Notifications from the Astaro have stopped.  I enabled Quarantine Reports and the users don't even get those.  Incoming E-mail is filtered correctly and sent to the Exchange Server.  Outgoing E-mail from the Exchange Server is working.  However the Astaro isn't sending out any reports, notifications or any.

Is there something else that needs to be enabled?  Is the Astaro trying to Relay through the Exchange Server?

    Nothing in the Queue, but I was able to find and fix the Notifications and Executive Report in the SMTP Log.  However I still don't see any Quarantine Reports being sent to users.  I've searched by user and by subject names.  I've got all of the users synced from Active Directory and I'm pulling Daily Updates from AD.  Mail Security is in Simple Mode(Same Settings for all domains). Quarantine Report is enabled with 2 daily reports.  I still get nothing and I have verified that the users do have messages in their Quarantine on the Astaro.
