All Notifications Stopped after Mail Security was Enabled

As soon as I enabled the Mail Security and put all of the info in under Simple Mode.  All Notifications from the Astaro have stopped.  I enabled Quarantine Reports and the users don't even get those.  Incoming E-mail is filtered correctly and sent to the Exchange Server.  Outgoing E-mail from the Exchange Server is working.  However the Astaro isn't sending out any reports, notifications or any.

Is there something else that needs to be enabled?  Is the Astaro trying to Relay through the Exchange Server?

    Look in the 'Mail Manager' on the 'SMTP Queue' - are the emails still in there?  If so, open the SMTP live log and see what happens when you force a retry attempt, then post the relevant line(s).
