Quarantine Report can't be enabled

we have the problem, that since two days quarantine reports can't be enabled. The lights changes to yellow - instead of green - and the text in the button changes to 'abort enable'. There were no changes before that. 
A reboot didn't help.

I hope someone can help me on this.

    When you attempt to enable or disable Quarantine Reports, entries are written to the SMTP log.  Do you see any entries in this log, when you attempt to enable the Reports, that give an error message or other clue?

    I should mention, not the SMTP log tab listed in Mail Manager.  The real log file in Logging>>View Log Files.  Open up the live log and try enabling again, if you didn't already do this.  

    Functioning properly, it should look like:

    The problem with the quarantine report exist since 29.06.2011. The monthly report was sucsessfully sent on 01.07.2011.
    I dont think, that there is a prroblem with smtp. 

    Hope this helps to narrow the problem.

    Nothing stands out, other than it never reaches pending status.  

    Is this a licensed business use install of Astaro or the free home license?  If paid business license, do you have standard or premium support?

    That should be dependent on what you have set in WebAdmin>>Mail Security>>Mail Manager>>Configuration Tab>>Keep Quarentined Mail for.

    As far as not being able to enable the QReports now...I'm thinking that you may have some database corruption going on.  Since you are a paid business license user, this would probably best be handled by official support.  If you have standard support, you need to call up your reseller who can open up a support case with Astaro on your behalf.  If you have Premium support, then you can call Astaro support directly (Astaro Support Hotline).
