Problem receiving Mail with Exchange 2010

I have my Astaro configured to send mail fine, but  I am unable to receive mail. The Public MX record points to an IP address of the Astaro and resolves to that address when queried. I have tried using a NAT rule for POP3 traffic but that does not seem to work. Anyone have any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

    As a quick check, I tried to touch your box, mail.securedc.com, and got a error page from H-Sphere. 
     
    You must have just changed your public DNS record. Public DNS changes can take up to 72 hours to propogate throughout the internet and until this process makes it's way out there, nobody will be able to find your box. They will still only see your old MX record..
     
    Most businesses wait until the weekend or a 3 day holiday weekend to make public DNS changes for this reason.  Another helpful tip is several days before your planned dns change, lower the TTL of records that you anticipate changing.

    The domain I am trying to use is different than my current mail domain.

    mail,gbcollects.info is the domain that points to the Astaro. I am using this as a test domain until I get everything worked out.
