Quarantine Report Action externally

Hello,

Currently running: ASG120 with Firmware version: 7.508

One of my users who connects remotly using the SSL VPN is unable to release or whitelist his spam using the link within the report email. Internally the links works ok... Reverse DNS on the ASG's external address is correct...

Does the links only work internally?? I thought this was not the case? Do you need to grant access to all?? etc etc....

Ace, this usually is a configuration and/or DNS issue. Please post an example of a release URL. To obfuscate your personal information, change IPs like 70.X.y.91 and your domain name to mydomain.com.

In hte meantime a work around is have the user login to the User Portal and release their mail from there.

it's a fqdn but maybe the port needs opening?? Copy and paste in to local server browser and it works fine.
