Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

    Like lkar says, it's the normal message for greylisting.  If it's a new sender or a new recipient, the SMTP Proxy will greylist.
