Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

    As Balfson mentioned before, it is probably the greylisting. Greylisting temporarily rejects messages from unknown domains (or domains you contacted long ago) in order to verify that the sender exists. The idea behind that is that a legitimate mail server will try to resend the message in configured intervals.
