Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

  • I'm going to guess that you have greylisting selected, and that the mail server for otherdomain.gr either is misconfigured or the software has a bug.  If that's the case, the easiest thing to do would be to make an Exception for greylisting for this domain.
