Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

I'm going to guess that you have greylisting selected, and that the mail server for otherdomain.gr either is misconfigured or the software has a bug. If that's the case, the easiest thing to do would be to make an Exception for greylisting for this domain.
