Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

    I would suggest whitelisting as a subject of testing only, in order to minimize possible factors. Since there are no log tails in IPS and packet filter, problem sources can be minimized to anti abuse engine (usually astaro reports the reason in the log files), session disconnections and timeouts, exim faults (difficult since there is the only domain the fault appears), source mail server issues.

    It would be helpful to cooperate with otherdomain.gr administrator in oder to check their side of mail server log files. Any "undeliverable message report" to sender mailbox, may also be helpful to track down their mail server point of view in case of source mail server logs unavailability.

    Is there any pattern regarding your log files? For example, is the message rejected after tha data portion of the message after certain seconds of transmission? Is the error always the same?
