Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

    Hello. This is the only domain that can't send us email. No whitelisting yet, i try to avoid it if possible.
    We can send email to the otherdomain normally.
    No IPS or packet filter logs
