Can't Receive email from a specific domain

Hello. We are having problems receiving emails from a specific domain (otherdomain.gr). The email is never delivered to myuser (mydomain.gr). SMTP log reports as in the file.
Any ideas?

    Hi,
    I see from the log files that your system actually rejects the email message after the data portion of the message (temporary failure). Some clarifications:
    -This is the only domain you can't receive mail?
    -Did you try to temporarily whitelist this domain to your mail settings?
    -Did you try to send a test mail from the source domain (with no attachments, plain text)?
    -Any log tail in the IPS log or Packet filter log regarding the source IP of the otherdomain.gr mailserver?
