Strange POP3 proxy effect

Hi all,
on an ASG120 with pop3 proxy activated, I have antispam which run correctly.
One internal e-mail user can't longer receive mail, unless I add his IP address on exception tab of pop3, so he works in transparent mode...
I seeked on any "place" on the ASG, but this username it is nowhere [:(] even in quarantine!

Could anyone help me, please.

Marco Piccirilli

  • It's probably something about the user's mail client configuration, and not the Astaro Proxy.

Please show a picture of the Exception you made for him.

Also, I'm confused when you use the word "transparent" as the POP3 Proxy ONLY runs in transparent mode.

    Cheers - Bob
