[SOLVED]HTML Footer

Is there anyway to add an HTML Confidentiality disclaimer to all outgoing emails using astaro?

I used the "Confidentiality Footer" in SMTP>Advanced but all it did was attach a text file with the footer. I actually need the footer to be appended to the email and not an attachment.

i did see this post before but to be honest i didn't really understand it. Is the jist of this that Astaro automatically normalizes the message to some standard charset? But I do not understand the correlation between that and HTML. Any insight there?

Also why would Astaro attach the text instead of append the text?

I am trying to avoid buying GFI or some other program just for footers...Thanks!

Hi,

have a look at the advanced SMTP settings.

There you can change the footer mode - I'm using "Inline" and
there the footer is appended to the end of my mails (in the most cases)
and not added as an attachment.
