Wildcard TLD's for Domain and Routing Target?

I have a shared webhosting server hosting many domains and was wondering what the easiest way to get this working w/ the Astaro Mail Security service would be aside from having to enter all the domains by hand.  

Currently all the servers are setup in the Skip transparent hosts field and Transparent mode is active, the proper relays are setup and I am only using the AntiSpam feature.

With my watchguard appliance reduction of spam via commtouch was as simple as setting up a proxy and applying the TO: field as the SMTP server in question.

    Actually I'm not quite sure. It was set up by our reseller. I'm questioning this set up more and more but there could be a reason I'm not seeing. Here's the scenario:

    We have an email server as well as an exchage server that work seperately from each other.
    The exchangeserver supports mails for mydomain1.com.
    The email server supplies email traffic for a bunch of domains, also providing pop/smtp service for outside users (with port redirection for smtp because a direct connection is intercepted by the proxy).
    All of those domains have been configured in diffrent profiles so we can configure the antispam and antivirus individually.
    The profiles seperate the different domains and direct the traffic either to the exchange or email server.
    All MX records point to their corresponding domain like mail.mycompany1.com which resolves to one of our external IPs which then gets translated to the internal email servers IP by the astaro.

    I'm not sure I if there could be anything that wouldn't work without transparent mode.
