I'm an smtp looser

Hi all,

I've spent hours on this and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction - a guide perhaps.

We use outlook and each person usually has more than 2 email addresses hosted at an ISP.

We also run our own mail server.

I have no problem with setting up POP3 but I'm at a loss to get the SMTP working.

If someone let me know if there is a guide available, I'd greatly appreciate it

    Hi Bob,

    Thanks for the info, I've got the smtp working but there's still a hassle with pop3, i'm giving up for today.

    In answer to your other questions, I do control the domains.
    I don't want to change the mx records as there business critical and astaro is just on a test machine at the moment.

    I got the some of the other domains to work - those that pointed to port 25 but the go daddy ones go out on port 80 and I couldn't quite figure it out.
