Cannot receive email suddently

We are running ASG V7.501 with SMTP security installed. We found that we are not enable to receive email yesterday afternoon. The log keeps showing something like this :

malware acl condition: cssd: connection to 127.0.0.1, port 1234 failed (Connection refused)

After that, I turned off the Malware scanning feature and the SMTP works again. Is there any fix or patch for this ?
