Help Me Understand User Portal

Because mine doesn't work.

It doesnt connect every time I try to access it.  It is turned on as well.  Now is this the same as the mail manager in astaro admin itself?

What if I dont use AD, my wife and I just have comcast email addresses.  Can she somehow check her portal and see if emails are quaratained?  Same with me?

If so..how does that work?  What would we login with to get to the portal?

Please explain ...

    Some of it seems to be working now.  I still can't see incoming pop emails... not sure if you can do that tho.  Like if I wanted to view emails my wife was getting to her email account?

    I'm also not seeing my smtp emails, (the ones I'm sending out through my client)  Dunno if I can view those either... from the mail manager.

    Still not able to access the user portal either... but astaro is at least now prefetching the emails, etc...I can see
