Ok this is weird!!!!
I have added my ISP's POP3 DNS Name as "GVTC POP3 Server" under Mail Security » POP3 » Advanced and enabled Prefetch Mode.
I have configured a shortcut to the User Portal on my system with my email credentials, using the POP3 Server listed above, and called it "My Email".
I have done the same thing for another user on their system.
I can now see my quarantined emails but the other user cannot!
I have even added the other user's email credentials as another "Registered POP3 Account" inside the User Portal on my system and I cannot see their quarantined emails.
Here's the weird part:
In Webadmin -> Mail Security -> Mail Manager, I CAN see the quarantined emails for BOTH accounts.
Now, when I select the "Accounts" dropdown list in Mail Manager, I see my 'profile' listed as:
jwc1410 @ GVTC POP3 Server (Yes, with the spaces)
I see the other account profile listed as:
dmc1410@gvtc.com">dmc1410@gvtc.com @ GVTC POP3 Server (Yes, exactly like this, just without the underline)
Ok, now back to my access of the 'User Portal' from the shortcut on my system...
When I am logged into the user portal, I see both 'Registered POP3 Account' profiles as I had set them up.
When I switch over to "Mail Quarantine" and select the "Accounts" dropdown list, the other user's account profile is NOT listed.
Has anyone else seen this behavior????
