SMTP Proxy Error - E-Mails lost in "somewhere"...

Hi,

After 2-3 days the customer noticed, that there are no new new incomming emails, and that outgoing email have not been sent.

the behavior of the 7.300 Astaro was fine at all - smtp took all emails, but they dissolved anywhere in the astaro?!?

the smtp log last entry on every action was:
"2008:10:07-18:04:34 (none) smtpd[4237]: QMGR[4237]: 1KnF32-0002cz-1J moved to work queue"

i miss that next entry:
"2008:10:07-18:04:40 (none) smtpd[10111]: SCANNER[10111]: id="1000" severity="info" sys="SecureMail" sub="smtp" name="email passed" srcip="... "


...so where are all the email? we miss incomming and outgoing emails of 3 days!
