Quarantine manager "500 Internal Server Error" (7.100)

In 7.100,
When I click the "Preview a Message" button in the SMTP Quarantine Manager,
I get a popup message which only says
500 Internal Server Error

AND,
if I click the "download a message" button, I get a popup window which promptly disappears, and is replaced by a popup message which says
404 not found
!

I'm not sure what to make of that...

There are 2 messages in quarantine, both with reason 'error', one is 1.5 days old, the other is from 11/27.

I don't use the SMTP proxy, so these e-mails were generated by the firewall.

This is using FireFox 2.0.0.11 on WinXP, btw.

Just noticed the window which had disappeared was in the background.

The window is tiny, and cannot be re-sized, but the URL it is displaying is:
https://fw.example.org:4444/undefined

I am running 7.1.01 and can preview messages in the quarantine manager.
Maybe I am one of the lucky ones . . .

Does the email in question have wierd characters in the sender address, say with a '+' sign, etc.? If so, this is a known bug, I reported it some time ago. Most emails work fine, but ones with "wierd" characters in them don't work right, something to do with the Regular Expressions engine.

There are still some old emails in my quarantine manager, and they still cannot be displayed in 7.101.
They are definitely from the firewall (from address = "do-not-reply@mydomain.com")

I'd be happy to pull up the messages on the console if someone wants to give me a hint as to where they would be.
