Spam report being blocked as SPAM

Just received my 1st spam report under v7.009. It was blocked in the ASG as spam.

Question to Astaro, does that now mean we must put the firewall do not notify in the exception list or will the new anti-spam engine learn that the e-mail is legitimate?

Can you connect the "Quarantaine Manager" ?
Did not get the spam report by mail, but here is one in the Quarantine!

Mine is telling:
Please wait, connecting to backend....

Today, I rceived 2 spam reports, 1 locked in quarantine the other delivered okay. Both covering different subjects. I released the one from quarantine using webadmin.

Webadmin works fine, connects at about the same speed as before.

Same here.

Since update to 7.009, I have to release the daily spam reports manually in the webadmin.

Since then also the pattern update messages from other ASG V6 [info-361] are tagged as spam.

I'm actually seeing hte opposite problem. I am getting messages NOT marked as spam that should be.

Funny,

You have to log in to Webadmin or Portal (user) to release mail = Spam notify and than White list to accept it for the next time!

I'm seeing a different problem at one customer site; for some reason spam reports aren't being generated for a few users (out of about 50 or so) ... a look at the SMTP proxy log shows all the others being generated, scanned, and delivered, but not these folks. I've started a ticket with Astaro for the customer... has anyone else seen this? And no, there are entries in the exceptions in the Spam Report config for anything at all (first place I checked).

I've got a Client who is still running with V6.311 look at posting http://astaro.org/showthread.php?t=19417

They are getting all the mail delivered without Spam scanning!
I can't find out what the problem is, or solution?

No Idea... if these are commercial licenses or appliances, I'd start a support case... that's what I've done for my problem.

Now under v7.010 it just not the spam report but fw-notify reports in general, but not all.

Making sure reverse DNS exists for the firewall's IPs, any SPF records are correct, ... would be a good place to start checking if your reports are getting flagged (by another server) as spam.
