Updated to 7.008 yesterday. Have had some issues with the Web Security features, which are being worked through.
About an hour ago I went to use Quarentine Manager and got a cannot connect to backend message. This happens occasionally, usually due to a timeout situation with WebAdmin if I leave it logged in for too long. Normally, I can just close my browser, open it back up again, login, and things are fine. In this case though, it still isn't working, so I think that it may be hung up. We're in the production work day, so I can't reboot.
May or may not have anything to do with it, but in the process list I'm seeing this:
wwwrun 5983 0.0 3.3 22500 17256 ? S 00:10 0:05 | \_ /var/webadmin/qm.pl
wwwrun 23999 2.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:37 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24007 1.9 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:37 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24015 2.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:37 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24023 2.1 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:38 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24048 2.3 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:38 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24259 2.4 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:38 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
wwwrun 24269 2.6 0.0 0 0 ? Z 10:38 0:01 | \_ [index.plx]
I'm not a linux guy. Does anyone know the commands I could use to stop and restart the quarentine manager bits from the console? The exact commands I would need to execute would be great.
Thanks.
