“The message with id ***x could not be found in the quarantine…”

Hi,

I have Problems to release, or to put the Message in the White list.
I always receive the message “The message with id ***x could not be found in the quarantine…”
However the Sender is added to the personal white list but the message could not be released.
The Mail Manager in the End-User Portal is empty!

Can anyone help me with this?

P.S.: Firmware version: 7.004 / Prefetch Mode is off

    From memory to get the end user portal and quarantine to function fully you need "prefetch" enabled.

    The "prefetch" bug has been fixed, so you shouldn't have any problems.

    But when I enable “prefetch” I have problem with my e-mail client (Oulook).
    I receive the following error message:

    2007:06:03-22:57:46 (none) pop3proxy[1825]: id="1116" severity="error" sys="SecureMail" sub="pop3" name="IO error" message="basic_ios::clear" srcip="192.168.1.106" action="closing connection to server and client because of an IO error. (perhaps timeout)" 
    2007:06:03-22:57:46 (none) pop3proxy[1825]: id="111B" severity="error" sys="SecureMail" sub="pop3" name="Response sending to client failed" srcip="192.168.1.106"

    P.S.: not for a all mail accounts, just for some of them!
